Settings in boldface are the default and suggestedparameter settings.Set Supervisor/User PasswordIf password on boot is required, the password must be set otherwise it cannot be enabled.The formats of the password are as follows:Length 10 charactersCharacters Alphanumeric keys only. The shift status i.e. Ctrl, Shift, Alt and Capital are ignored.NOTE: When you are prompted to enter a password, you have three tries before the system halts. Don’t forgetyour password. If you forget your password, you may have to return your notebook computer to yourdealer to reset it.Parameter Description OptionSet User Password Press Enter to set the user password.
