Chapter 2 28Entering the BIOS Setup UtilityDuring the BIOS POST operation, the user is prompted to use the F2 function key to enter Setup as follows:Press <F2> to enter Setup.F9 Setup Defaults Pressing F9 causes the following toappear:Load Setup Defaults?[OK] [Cancel]If "OK" is selected and the Enter key ispressed, all setup fields are set to theirdefault values. If "Cancel" is selectedand the Enter key is pressed, or if theESC key is pressed, the user isreturned to where they were before F9was pressed without affecting anyexisting field values.F7 Discard Changes Pressing F7 causes the followingmessage to appear:Discard Changes?[OK] [Cancel]If "OK" is selected and the Enter key ispressed, all changes are not savedand setup is exited.
