You have two options:Option 1:1. Press to hang up. The new call will be signaled on your phone2. Lift the handset to receive the call.Option 2:1. Ask the party you are speaking with to wait2. Press and replace the handset. The waiting call will startringing.3. Lift the handset to receive the new call4. Press 2 to return to the first call (Sweden, press )After finishing the call, replace the handset to receive the first call againAnswer a call from another extensionYou can answer a call from another extension from any phone in youroffice:1. Lift the handset and call the ringing extension.2.
