The following choice is available:MenuPress the function key for Menu.PresenceScroll to Presence and press the navigation key to the right.Detail Calling up the presence profile settings:Select the presence profile you want and press the Detail softkey.Modify Changing the presence profile:1. Select the presence profile you want and press the Modify softkey.2. Select the changes you want and press the Modify softkey.3. Make the changes and confirm with the Select softkey.Note:After you have changed and saved the active presence profile you have to tem-porarily select another presence profile and then reactivate the presence pro-file you want in order to have the settings applied.Key DescriptionSoftkey You can store call numbers, functions or busy lamp fields on a softkey.Configurable key You can store call numbers, functions or busy lamp fields on a configurablekey.Line key Line keys are set by your system administrator.
