Configuration179Aastra 415/430 as of R3.2syd-0344/1.6 – R3.2 – 09.2014A restart can be achieved in the following ways:• With the pilot key on the front panelSee "Carrying out a first start", page 215• With WebAdmin in the maintenance settingsWith the First start button in the System reset( =4e) view.Notes:– A first start deletes all the configuration data already stored andreplaces it with the default values of the sales channel. You shouldtherefore always back up the configuration data prior to a first start byusing a data backup .– The first start is triggered immediately. All the active call and data con-nections are interrupted.Starting the communication server for the first time and resetting thesales channelWith the First start and reset sales channel button for the maintenance settings inthe WebAdmin System reset ( =4e) view, you have the possibility for a first start toalso delete the sales channel and licence code. During the next start, you will beprompted for the sales channel and licence code. Note that the licence code is de-pendent on the sales channel and that you can no longer use the existing licencecode.Note:This function is only accessible for Administrators in Expert mode.5. 6. 4 Data backupWith a configuration data backup all the configuration data of the communicationserver is stored in a compressed file in ZIP format. You can let the configurationdata backup run automatically (Auto backup) or as required (Manual backup).You can automatically copy the auto-backup files to an FTP server or e-mail them.With an audio data backup all the audio data of the communication server is storedin a compressed file in ZIP format. The backup of the audio data can only be donemanually.You can find the settings for auto-backup and distribution service in theWebAdmin Maintenance / File backup ( =um) view, where you can also test them.Moreover, in this view you can see the available backups of the auto-backup func-tion; you can restore or delete them and even create and restore manual backups.
