1. Slide cuff onto arm so that the bottom edge of cuffis just above the elbow crease. Then position tubeoff-center toward the inner side of arm in line withthe little finger2. Fasten the cuff tight enough so youcan slide two fingers under it.3. Sit comfortably with arm resting ona flat surface, palm up.4. Press START button. (Battery installation required.Please see manual for instructions.)5. Your average blood pressurereading will appear followedby a zero, indicating thatmonitor is ready for mea-surement.6. Press the exhaust valve until themark is displayed. Squeeze bulbrepeatedly until the mark dis-appears.7. Sit quietly during measurement.8. Your systolic and diastolic pressure andpulse rate will appear in the digital dis-play.9.
