Werecommend that you replace your battery when you notice that itbegins to store significantly less charge.Changing the BatteryChange the main battery pack as follows:1. Turn off the RTC.2. To replace the Battery remove the screw and the Battery BayCover shown right3. Make sure the replacement battery is properly orientated. Theninsert the battery into the battery compartment. Check that the latchlocks back into position.4.3 Heat ConsiderationsThe RTC processor has been specially designed to consume littlepower, and generates very little heat. However, working in a hotenvironment, or working for long periods may raise thetemperature.If the temperature continues to rise, processor activity will bereduced. You may notice a slight loss of performance when thishappens.
