Acronis Snap Deploy is a comprehensivedeployment solution that enables organisations to deploy new servers and workstationsquickly and easily. Using disk imaging technology that creates an image of an entirehard disk drive, including the operating system and all applications, it is ideal for rapidbare-metal installations of servers and workstations.DATA SHEETDeployment in just a few steps:1. Create a standard configuration image, including the operating system, applications,and other settings2. Create a bootable media diskette or CD, an ISO image, or RIS boot package orconfigure a Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) with Acronis Snap Deploy agents3. Boot the bare system you want to deploy with the bootable media, or PXE, enablingthe bare systems to connect to the main deployment server4. Follow wizard-driven GUI on management console to select a template or create a newtemplate for the deployment. The Acronis OS Deploy Server commences deploymentof the master image to the bare systems. No installation of the operating system orapplications is required – the image contains everything the system needs to run.5.
