English - 38 -Displaying TV InformationProgramme Number, Programme Name,Sound Indicator and Zoom Mode informationis displayed on the screen when a newprogramme is entered or button ispressed.Mute FunctionPress button to disable sound. Muteindicator will be displayed in the upper sideof the screen.MuteTo cancel mute, there are two alternatives; thefirst one is pressing the button and thesecond one is increasing the volume level.PIP (Picture-in-Picture) and PAP(Picture-and-Picture) ModesPress the button to switch to PIP mode.At PIP Mode, a small picture (PIP picture) isdisplayed on the main picture. There are 1size and 4 positions (upper left, upper right,bottom left and bottom right) available for thePIP window. You can use button to changethe PIP position. Aspect Ratio of the PIPwindow is fixed and 4:3.When PIP Mode is entered, the default activewindow is the PIP window and the activewindow is indicated by a red frame around it.The active window can be changed bypressing / button. The status info OSDbelongs to active window. The place of thestatus OSDs are same for both windows.Press the button again to exit the PIPmode.Press the button to switch to PAP mode.At PAP Mode, two pictures with equal sizesare displayed on the screen. Aspect Ratios ofthe windows are fixed.When you switch to PAP Mode, main windowin PIP Mode will be displayed on the right sideof the screen. The active window can bechanged by pressing / button.Press the button again to exit the PAPmode.Note: When main picture source is TV, EXT-1,EXT-2, or BAV; PAP or PIP window canonly be set to HDMI, YPBPR or viceversa.Picture Mode SelectionBy pressing PP button, you can changePicture Mode settings in accordance withyour viewing requirements.Freezing PictureYou can freeze the picture on the screen bypressing the OK button on the remote control.Press the OK button to freeze picture.
