To determine if coverage is provided you should contact yourinsurance company or agent.Warranty RegistrationThe separate “Warranty” document includes a “Warranty Registration Card”.Your new Cadillac ESCALADE eGC (Electric Golf Cart) comes with a:One (1) Year Limited Warranty.The Warranty begins from the date that the Cadillac ESCALADE eGC ispurchased from an approved Dealer or Distributor of American Custom GolfCars, Inc. products, provided that the “Warranty Registration Card” is receivedby American Custom Golf Cars, Inc. within 45 Days of the purchase date of thevehicle.If the “Warranty Registration Card” is not received within 45 days of purchasedate, the Warranty commencement date will be the vehicle production date, asshown on the vehicle’s “Certification Label”.Please protect your Warranty and mail your “Warranty Registration Card”today!There are no other expressed warranties on your ACG vehicle beyond those set inthe accompanying “Warranty” document (Appendix W-1), and no implied warrantiesof merchantability or fitness to the full extent allowed by law.ACG and its dealers shall not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, lost time,commercial loss or any incidental, consequential or other damages.A separate “Tire Registration Card” is provided for Warranty and potential TireRecall campaign, the Tire Registration is required by Federal Law under the TREADAct.Please fill out and mail both Registration Cards today!Copyright © 2009-2011 American Custom Golf Cars, Inc.
