To indicate op-erating states and errors, the LEDs on the charging unit may ...... be illumi-nated(continuousON)... flash... be extin-guished(continuousOFF).The following chapter describes how you recognize operating states as well as errorcodes and which measures you can take to resolve them.Disruptions to the operation of the wallbox and solutionsFor safe operation, the ABL Wallbox must be protected by an external MCB in the do-mestic power supply as well as the internal RCCB(s). To take suitable measures andrestore operation in case of malfunction, you must first identify the type of error. Thefollowing errors may occur:Type of error Possible cause Suggested solutionLEDs are notfunctioning.The wallboxdoes not have apower supply.First, check the internal RCCB(s). Should powerbe interrupted in the domestic supply: Check theupstream MCB and switch it back on if required. Ifthe error repeats or occurs permanently, contactABL technical support.An internal faulthas occurred inthe wallbox.The wallbox must be replaced. In this case, pleasecontact ABL technical support.The electricvehicle is notrecognized.The chargingcable is notproperly pluggedin.Remove the charging connector from the vehicle(in model variants with charging sockets: from thewallbox as well) and plug them back in: Should theerror persist, check the Mode 3 charging cable andcontact ABL technical support.The indicatorLEDs showan error mes-sage.The ABL Wallboxdetects a mal-function.Please reinitiate the charging procedure: If the er-ror repeats or occurs permanently, take the wall-box out of operation (see “Taking the product outof and back into operation” on page 22) andcontact ABL technical support.
