AppendixAppendix5352Available in the U.S. only for the K-12 market starting fall 2014.AppendixLimited Use License AgreementTHE SOFTWARE PROGRAM(S) (“PROGRAMS”) FURNISHEDWITH THIS PANASONIC PRODUCT (“PRODUCT”) ARELICENSED ONLY TO THE END-USER (“YOU”), AND MAYBE USED BY YOU ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THELICENSE TERMS DESCRIBED BELOW YOUR USE OFTHE PROGRAMS SHALL BE CONCLUSIVELY DEEMEDTO CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMSOF THIS LICENSEPanasonic Corporation has developed or otherwise obtainedthe Programs and hereby licenses their use to you You assumesole responsibility for the selection of the Product (includingthe associated Programs) to achieve your intended results,and for the installation, use and results obtained therefromLICENSEA Panasonic Corporation hereby grants you a personal,non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license touse the Programs in accordance with the terms andconditions stated in this Agreement You acknowledgethat you are receiving only a LIMITED LICENSE TO USEthe Programs and related documentation and that youshall obtain no title, ownership nor any other rights in orto the Programs and related documentation nor in or to thealgorithms, concepts, designs and ideas represented by orincorporated in the Programs and related documentation,all of which title, ownership and rights shall remain withPanasonic Corporation or its suppliersB You may use the Programs only on the single Productwhich was accompanied by the ProgramsC You and your employees and agents are required toprotect the confidentiality of the Programs You maynot distribute or otherwise make the Programs or relateddocumentation available to any third party, by time-sharingor otherwise, without the prior written consent ofPanasonic CorporationD You may not copy or reproduce, or permit to be copiedor reproduced, the Programs or related documentationfor any purpose, except that you may make one (1) copyof the Programs for backup purposes only in support ofyour use of the Programs on the single Product whichwas accompanied by the Programs You shall not modify,or attempt to modify, the ProgramsE You may transfer the Programs and license them toanother party only in connection with your transfer of thesingle Product which was accompanied by the Programsto such other party At the time of such a transfer, youmust also transfer all copies, whether in printed ormachine readable form, of every Program, and therelated documentation, to the same party or destroyany such copies not so transferredF You may not remove any copyright, trademark or othernotice or product identification from the Programs andyou must reproduce and include any such notice orproduct identification on any copy of any ProgramYOU MAY NOT REVERSE ASSEMBLE, REVERSE COMPILE,OR MECHANICALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY TRACE THEPROGRAMS, OR ANY COPY THEREOF, IN WHOLE ORIN PART
