From the Default Screen, press the tools Icon in the upper right hand corner:2. From the setup screen, choose Advanced Setup (if prompted enter the installer code. Defaulted is 4140)3. From the Advanced Setup screen, choose Central Station4. From the Central Station screen, choose ECP Address.5. You can change the address by using the up and down arrows. Select OK to save your changes.Set the Address in a Vista-128BP, 128FBP, 250BP, 250FBP FA1660C, FA1700CpanelsYou can program the Symphony keypad up to address 06.• The Symphony defaults for device address 01. If you have multiple Symphony keypads you must makeeach one a separate address. Note: Only 1 Symphony keypad can be set above address 2• In the control panel device programming, Program a device address for the Symphony keypad as an AlphaKeypad, Set for the partition that you want and for the “AUI?” prompt, enter “1” for YES.Set the Address in a Vista-20P (Rev. 3)/20PS/20PI and FA148CP/168CPS control panelThese panels support up to TWO Symphony keypads (The 20PI supports 4).• The Symphony defaults for device address 01. If you have a second Symphony keypad you must make itaddress 02.• In the control panel device programming, Program *189 to enable the Symphony keypad(s). *189 has twoentries. The first is for address 01, the second for 02. Enter a value to indicate the partition that an AlphaKeypad. Entries for each position are as follows: 0 = Symphony disabled1 = Partition 12 = Partition 23 = Lobby Partition• The 20p (rev. 5)/20PI has 4 locations in field *189. Location 1 is for address 01, location 2 is for address02, location 3 is for address 05, and location 04 is for address 06.For example, if you have only one symphony and want it on Partition 1, set *189 = 1 0 for the 20P (Rev.3) or20PS. If it is the 20PI it would read *189 = 1 0 0 0 for the same set up.Return to the table of contents
