To prevent fire hazards, ensure the product is tightly fixed to avoid drops, do not place it under direct sunlight or near heat sources, keep it away from water or oil, and do not use damaged electric plugs. Additionally, avoid connecting excessive sockets in parallel or sharing the same socket with multiple plugs.
During a thunderstorm, especially a rainstorm, unplug the power supply and antenna of the product to avoid electric shocks or fire hazards.
Ensure that you are aiming the remote control towards the remote sensor on the TV. If it still does not work, check the batteries in the remote control.
To install the batteries in the remote control, place the remote control face down, open the cover of the battery compartment, install two AAA 1.5V batteries ensuring the + and - symbols match the marks on the remote, and then close the cover of the battery compartment.
To change the sound mode, press the MENU button, navigate to the Sound menu, select Mode, and use the button to choose between Standard, Music, Theater, or User. You can also quickly select the desired mode using the S.MODE button on the remote control.
To set the clock, press the MENU button, use the navigation button to select the Time menu, and press the enter button. Then, select the Clock item and press the enter button. Use the navigation button to select hour or minute, and the adjustment button to set the value.
To activate the sleep timer, press the MENU button, use the navigation button to select the Time menu, and press the enter button. Then, select the Sleep item and press the enter button. Use the navigation button to select the desired time duration (Off, 5Min, 10Min, 15Min, 30Min, 45Min, 60Min, 90Min, 120Min, 180Min, 240Min) and press the MENU button to save and exit.
To turn off the sound, press the MUTE button on the remote control. The word 'Mute' will appear at the bottom of the screen, and the sound will be turned off. To turn the sound back on, press the MUTE button again or the V+ button.
If your USB device is not being recognized, ensure that it supports the Mass Storage Protocol and has a FAT32 file system. If the file system is not supported, format the USB device to FAT32. Additionally, make sure the USB device is in conformity with USB2.0 full speed Interface Standard for smooth playback.
To play a movie from a USB device, first enter the USB main interface. Press the appropriate button to select 'Movie' and then press OK to confirm and enter the movie file list. Use the directional buttons and the OK button to select the movie you want to play, and then press the PLAY/PAUSE button to start the movie. You can use the PREV/NEXT buttons to select the last or next movie, and the STOP button to stop the movie. To exit playing, press the BACK button repeatedly.
