Frequently asked questions

The resolution of the Haier LET39Z18HF TV is 1920x1080 pixels.

The total power input for the Haier LET39Z18HF TV is 100W.

The Main Board in the Haier LET39Z18HF processes signals received from external equipment and translates them into signals that the panel can display.

First, check if the power supply is connected properly. Then, verify if the voltage is within the acceptable range. If the power supply is damaged, replace it. Additionally, ensure that there are no issues with the surrounding components.

If your Haier LET39Z18HF TV screen is black, first check if the backlight is functioning properly. If the backlight is OK, then check the voltage of CN3_PIN3 (BLON Signal) to see if it is at a high level. If the voltage is normal, check the power board and ensure the inverter power is normal. If the inverter is broken, you may need to check Q3 and surrounding components, or upgrade the software again.

To troubleshoot a white screen issue, refer to the maintenance process for 'Exceptional screen/White screen.' This process will guide you through checking the voltage of CN3_PIN4 and ensuring it is normal. If the voltage is not normal, you may need to check the power board and the inverter power.

If there is no sound from the SCART/PC/AV/YPbPr inputs, first check if other channels have sound. If all channels have no sound, follow the maintenance process for 'All Channels No Sound'. If only specific inputs have no sound, check the audio signal at U1_PIN194,196. If the signal is present, check the voltage at U1_PIN197. If the voltage is not 3V, check R139 and FB3. If the voltage is 3V, check the voltage at U15_PIN16 and C54. If these voltages are normal, check the control signal at U15_PIN9,10 and the audio signal at U15_PIN3,13. If any of these checks fail, replace the defective components.

If the audio signal at U15_PIN3,13 is not normal, check the capacitors C239 and C240. If they are faulty, replace them. If the capacitors are fine, check the input circuit from each terminal to U15. If the input circuit is normal, replace U15.

First, check if the corresponding HDMI terminal has poor contact or is not clean. If the issue persists, check if the I2C signals of U17_PIN33,34 are normal. If not, check R286 and R287. If the circuit between U17_PIN36 and U1 is normal, change the defective components. If the 3.3V power supply of U17 and external components of PIN17,31,32,35,49 are normal, change U17.

To troubleshoot a 'No Signal' issue on the SCART channel, check the circuit between CN13_PIN20 and U1_PIN175, including components D2, C190, C191, R229, and R230.
