About your LED LCD TVDigital LED LCD television user's manual EN-1010Connecting your TVConnecting the aerialConnect your aerial into the ANTENNA IN socket at theback of the TV.Improving your signalTo improve picture quality in poor signal areas, use asignal amplifier (not supplied).Connecting your PC to the TVYou can use your TV as a monitor for your personalcomputer using a VGA cable (not supplied).Consult your computer's user guide to checkwhether it has a VGA connector.Turn the power off on your TV and PC.Connect a D-type 15-pin VGA interface cable to theVGA video interface connector on the PC. Connectthe other end of the cable to the PC interfaceconnector on the TV. Tighten the screws on theVGA connectors and connect the audio cable (notsupplied) to the audio input socket on the back ofthe TV.Switch on the TV first, followed by the PC.Press the button on the TV or TV remote control toset the video input mode to PC.If noise is present on the image, change theresolution, refresh rate, brightness and contrast onthe menu until the picture is clear.Connecting a DVD player to your TVConnect the DVD video outputs (Y, Pb, Pr ) to theCOMPONENT (Y, Pb , Pr) IN socket on your TV.Turn on the DVD player and insert a DVD.Press the SOURCE button to select COMPONENTmode.Refer to the DVD player's user guide for operatinginstructions.DVDConnecting a DVD player or VCR toyour TVThere are two ways to connect a DVD player or VCR toyour TV. Make sure that either the TV and DVD player, orVCR, are switched off before you connect them.SCART inputConnect the scart lead from the external device(DVD player, set-top box or games console) to the TVscart socket.Press the SOURCE button to select SCART mode.Press the PLAY button on the external device.HDMI inputConnect the cable from the HDMI device to the TVHDMI socket.Press the SOURCE button to select HDMI mode.Refer to the HDMI device's user guide forinstructions.Mounting your TV onto the wallYou can mount your TV onto the wall using a wallbracket (not supplied). Use M6 machine screws (4 pcs) toscrew the TV onto the bracket (not supplied).
