Place the TV unit face down on asoft and flat surface (blanket, foam,cloth, etc.) to prevent any damageto the HDTV.2. Carefully align and insert the baseto the stand.3. Gently push the base towards theHDTV until the locking mechanismlocks into place.4. Secure the four screws on thebottom of the base.PREPARING YOUR LCD HDTVFOR WALL MOUNTINGWe suggest that you keep your TV atleast 2.36 inches (60 mm) from the wallto prevent cable interference.Before mounting your TV on the wall,you need to remove the base.For your safety, please use only withUL listed wall mount brackets withminimum weight of the TV withoutstand. (Please see page 25.)To attach a wall mount bracket to yourTV:1. Remove the screws holding yourTV to the stand and remove thebase from your TV.2. Use the screws left from removingthe base to secure an optionalcover plate to the bottom of theTV.3.
