The model and serial number are located on the label on the back of the unit.

To use the 'REPEAT' function, press the 'REPEAT' button on the remote control. This will enable the repeat mode, allowing the selected content to play repeatedly.

The 'PLAY/PAUSE' button on the remote control is used to start or pause the playback of the current content. Pressing this button will toggle between play and pause modes.

To play music or view photos from a USB storage device, insert the USB device into the USB port on the rear of the TV. The TV will automatically detect the device and allow you to access your JPEG photos or MP3 music files.

To connect your PC to the Haier LE55B1381 TV, use a VGA (D-sub 15) cable from the 15-pin VGA connector on your PC to the VGA port on the TV. Additionally, connect an audio cable from the audio output or headphone jack of your PC to the PC audio port on the TV.

To turn on the TV, press the POWER button on the TV or the remote control. The LED indicator on the front of the TV will change from red to green.

Using a YPbPr (Component) connection provides improved picture quality compared to the standard RCA (composite) video input. To connect, use a component video (YPbPr) cable to connect the YPbPr output jacks on the DVD player or VCR to the YPbPr input jacks on the TV. Match the jack colors: Y=Green, Pb=Blue, Pr=red. Additionally, connect the audio output jacks on the DVD player or VCR to the audio input jacks on the back of the TV with an RCA audio cable. Then, turn on the DVD player or VCR, and select “YPbPr” in the input source menu.

To adjust the time zone, go to the OSD Menu, navigate to the Time menu, and select the Time zone option. You can choose from the following time zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii.

To change the password for the Lock menu, you need to enter the current password (default is 0000) and then modify the 'Change password' option. Make sure to remember the new password as it will be required for future access.

If your TV has no power, first check all connections to the TV. Then, press either the power button or the Standby button on the remote control.
