To access a specific page using the teletext feature, press the 'TELETEXT' button on the remote control. Enter the 3-digit page number using the 0 to 9 keys. The number will be displayed at the top left of the screen, and the counter will turn before the page is displayed. If the counter continues to search, it means the page is not being transmitted, and you should select another number.
To set the Auto Sleep function, ensure it is turned on. The TV will automatically switch off after 15 minutes of no signal input if the Auto Sleep function is set to ON.
To access and play media files from a USB device, press the source key on your remote, select USB from the source list, and press the OK button. Ensure the USB device is plugged into the slot. You can select from four types of media items: photo, music, movie, and text. Use the arrow keys to navigate and the OK button to enter the disk selection menu. Select the media file by pressing the arrow keys and the OK button, and use the play/pause, previous, next, and stop keys to control playback.
If the USB device is not recognized, ensure that it is properly plugged into the slot. Check that the USB device is formatted correctly and contains compatible media files. If the issue persists, try using a different USB device or port to rule out any hardware issues.
If there is no picture on your TV, check the following: ensure the power cord is properly inserted, the power switch is turned on, and the contrast, brightness, and volume settings are correctly adjusted. Additionally, press the standby key on the remote control to inspect the issue.
If the picture on your TV is breaking up, try retuning the channel. This should help stabilize the picture quality.
Most PCs and laptops require you to press specific function keys (e.g., F7 for Dell, F4 for HP/Samsung, F5 for Toshiba) along with the 'Fn' key to display the picture on an external display. Ensure you are pressing the correct combination of keys for your device.
