Frequently asked questions

To record a program, first prepare to record by setting the desired program. Then, follow the instructions to record the program. After recording, you can play the recording using the TV's playback function.

For troubleshooting, refer to the 'Trouble shooting' section in the manual. This section provides guidance on resolving common issues with the TV.

Do not attempt to service the television yourself. High voltages are used in the operation of this television receiver. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.

The Haier LE32B7000C TV supports the following resolutions and frequencies in PC mode: 1) 640x480 at 60Hz with a horizontal frequency of 31.47 KHz, 2) 800x600 at 60Hz with a horizontal frequency of 37.88 KHz, 3) 1024x768 at 60Hz with a horizontal frequency of 48.36 KHz, and 4) 1360x768 at 60Hz with a horizontal frequency of 47.7 KHz.

It is recommended to place the Haier LE32B7000C TV in a room where light does not strike the screen directly. Total darkness or a reflection on the screen can cause eyestrain. Soft and indirect lighting is recommended for comfortable viewing. Additionally, allow enough space between the TV and the wall to permit ventilation and avoid excessively warm locations to prevent possible damage to the cabinet or premature component failure.

To navigate the on-screen menu, use the navigation buttons on the remote control. To confirm a selection, press the OK button.

To access a specific teletext page, press the 'TEXT' button to enter teletext mode. Then, use the number keys (0 to 9) to enter the 3-digit page number you want to view. For example, to go to page 120, enter 120. The page number will be displayed at the top left of the screen, and the page will be shown if it is being transmitted. If the counter continues to search, the page is not available, and you should select another number.

The coloured areas at the bottom of the screen correspond to different items or pages that can be accessed. The 4 coloured keys on the remote control are used to navigate to these items or pages. If the coloured area is flashing, it means the item or page is not yet available. To access an item or page, press the corresponding coloured key.

You can play four types of media from a USB device: photo, music, movie, and text. To select the type of media, press the source key, select USB, and then press OK. Use the arrow keys to select the desired media type (PHOTO, MUSIC, MOVIE, or TEXT) and press OK to enter the disk selection menu.

If there is no picture on your TV, first check if the power cord is properly inserted and if the power switch is turned on. Additionally, ensure that the mute function is not activated and that the audio system connections are correct. If the issue persists, try pressing the standby key on the remote control to inspect the settings.
