If your TV is not turning on, do not attempt to open the cover or back of the TV. There are no user-serviceable parts inside, and it is dangerous to make any kind of contact with the inside parts of this product. Refer servicing to the customer help line for assistance.
Do not expose the television receiver to rain or moisture. Additionally, do not block the ventilation holes in the back cover and ensure adequate ventilation to prevent failure of electrical components.
You can connect a DVD player to your Haier LE29C810C TV using the CVBS, DVD Player or other machine with CVBS/S-Video. Connect the yellow (VIDEO) cable to the corresponding port on the TV and the DVD player. Additionally, you can use the SPDIF OUTPUT for digital audio connection.
To view pay TV programmes and additional services, you need to insert the Conditional Access (CA) Module and Smart card into the Common Interface (CI) slot. Contact your Common Interface service provider for more information about the modules and subscription.
To switch between Home Mode and Shop Mode, navigate to the Mode Setting menu using the ▼▲ buttons. Use the ◀▶ buttons to select either Home Mode or Shop Mode. Home Mode is an energy-saving mode recommended for normal viewing, while Shop Mode is brighter and can display a pop-up menu every 30 seconds. If you choose Shop Mode, it will automatically switch to HDMI1 source, and you can press the Exit key to exit the POP menu.
You can view all the recorded programs by accessing the File Manager. This function allows you to see a list of all the recorded programs.
To control the playback of a photo slideshow, press the ▼ key on the remote control to display the helpbar. Use the 'Play/Pause' key to start or pause the slideshow. Use the 'Left' key to go to the previous photo and the 'Right' key to go to the next photo. To stop the slideshow, select the 'Stop' function using the 'Left/Right' keys and press 'OK'. To adjust the slideshow settings, press the Blue key to enter the Quick Menu and adjust the Interval time, Repeat, slideshow effect, and Background Music.
If the picture is breaking up but the audio is normal or weak, try retuning the channel to resolve the issue.
The Haier LE29C810C supports the following video inputs: YPbPr, VIDEO, HDMI1, HDMI2, COMMON INTERFACE (CI), SCART, VGA, and PC AUDIO.
The AC input requirement for the Haier LE29C810C is 100-240V~ 50/60Hz.
