Frequently asked questions
To connect a source device like a DVD player or Set Top Box to your Haier LE22C700F TV using an HDMI cable, follow these steps: 1. Connect the source device to the HDMI port of the TV with an HDMI cable (not supplied with this product). 2. No separate audio connection is necessary.
If your source device does not support the Auto DVI function, you need to manually set the output resolution of the source device. To get the best picture quality, adjust the output resolution to 1280x720p. Additionally, ensure that a separate audio connection is made if necessary.
In TV mode, pressing 'CH+' or 'CH-' changes the channel up or down. In MENU mode, these buttons are used to select items. In standby mode, pressing 'CH+' or 'CH-' turns on the TV.
To troubleshoot audio output issues, you can check the components related to audio such as 'AUL' and 'AUR' pins, which are likely connected to the audio input and output lines. Ensure that all connections are secure and that there are no damaged capacitors or resistors in the audio circuit.
The LVDS (Low-Voltage Differential Signaling) Wire is used for transmitting video signals. It ensures high-quality image display by providing a stable and efficient signal transmission.
When using the FF or FB functions in movie mode, the audio may pause for several seconds to synchronize the audio signal and video signal. This is normal behavior and ensures that the audio remains in sync with the video.
First, check if the power cord is correctly connected to the socket. If it is, you may need to replace the Remote Control Board or the Mainboard (U101, U102, U103, or U104). Additionally, check the voltage levels at specific points: L102 (1.32V), C151 (1.8V), L107 (3.3V), and D101 (2.5V). Also, verify if there is voltage pressure in J3 (12V) and J8 (5Vstb).
To troubleshoot the Mainboard, check if there is voltage pressure in J3 (12V) and J8 (5Vstb). If there is no voltage pressure, you may need to replace the Mainboard by changing U101, U102, U103, or U104. Additionally, verify the voltage levels at L102 (1.32V), C151 (1.8V), L107 (3.3V), and D101 (2.5V).
First, check if the power cord is properly connected to both the outlet and the power board. If it is, verify that there is a 5V standby voltage on the Power board by turning the TV on. If the issue persists, inspect the J3 voltage (12V) and J8 voltage (5V). Additionally, check if there is a high level (2.5V-5.0V) at Pin2 in J7.
To determine if the Power board is broken, check for a 5V standby voltage on the Power board when the TV is powered on. If this voltage is not present, it may indicate an issue with the Power board. Additionally, inspect the J3 voltage (12V) and J8 voltage (5V). If these voltages are incorrect or if there is no high level at Pin2 in J7, the Power board might be faulty.
