To assemble the base stand, refer to the instructions provided on page 5 of the manual.

You can connect your PC to the Haier LE19B13200 TV using the VGA port for a digital connection.

If your TV is not responding to the remote control, ensure that the remote control sensor on the TV is not obstructed. Additionally, try pressing the 'STANDBY' button on the remote control or the side panel to turn the TV on from standby mode. If the issue persists, check the batteries in the remote control.

To change the picture mode, press the P.M button repeatedly on the remote control. The available modes are Vivid, Standard, Sports, Movie, or Custom.

To perform a full channel scan, go to the Menu Settings, select 'Auto Scan', and press the ENTER key to confirm. The screen will display the progress of the auto search.

To add or delete favorite channels, go to the Menu Settings, select 'Favorite', and press the ENTER button. This will allow you to add or remove channels from your favorites list.
