Frequently asked questions

The HDMI input on the Haier LC-3710D allows you to connect high-definition multimedia devices, such as Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, or computers, to the television for enhanced audio and video quality.

If you encounter any problems with the TV, refer to the qualified service personnel for servicing. Do not attempt to open the TV or remove any covers, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside and it may pose a risk of electric shock.

To change the volume on the Haier LC-3710D, use the Volume down (VOL-) and Volume up (VOL+) buttons located on the front control panel.

If the remote control is not working properly, ensure there are no objects between the remote control and the remote sensor of the TV set. Also, avoid using the remote control in direct sunlight or other strong light sources, as this can interfere with the signal. Additionally, do not expose the remote control to direct heat or damp places, and do not mix battery types or use rechargeable batteries.

If the TV set is in standby status, pressing the power switch on the remote control or TV set will turn the power on to the set.

To perform an auto search for TV channels, follow these steps: 1. Press the MENU button to select the source menu. 2. Use the CH+/- button to select AUTO SEARCH. 3. Press the VOL+/- button to start searching. 4. Press the MENU button to finish the auto search. Note that you will only need to run the Auto Search function once, unless you change your cable provider.

To recover a skipped channel number, press the direct number buttons to select the channel number that needs to be recovered. Then, press the MENU button to enter the source menu, use the CH+/- button to select SKIP, and press the VOL+/button to select OFF.

The 'TV-Y7' rating means that the program is directed towards older children and may include comedic violence, mild physical content, or elements that could frighten children under the age of 7.

If you see artifacts or a bright/dark dot on the screen when you turn on your Haier LC-3710D TV, it is normal and does not affect the normal function of the display. This can happen if the temperature of the TV set is rather low, or if there are nonconforming pixels on the panel. If the issue persists, you may want to consult the user manual or contact customer support.

If you are experiencing a 'Picture with Snow' issue, you should check the direction, station, and connection of the antenna.
