The POWER buttonAfter plugging the unit in the power light(9) should be red, press the POWERbutton of the unit or the remote to turn the unit on and off.PICTURE FUNCTION PRESET2. Check the connection of the AC adaptor or car adaptor. Ensure the batteries are not run down or installed incorrectly.

The brightness and contrast settings might be too low. Adjust these settings in the TV menu. Additionally, ensure the TV antenna is properly adjusted and that the reception is strong. If the issue persists, try relocating the TV to a place with better reception.
