OperationOwner s Manual 23SAP Broadcasts SetupThis TV can receive MTS stereo programs and SAP (SecondaryAudio Program) that accompanies the stereo program; if thestation transmits an additional sound signal as well as theoriginal one.When having selected SAP button on the remote control, this TVcan only receive the signal when the TV station transmits theproper signals.Mono sound is automatically received if the broadcast is only inMono; even though Stereo or SAP has been selected.Select Mono if you want to listen to mono sound during stereo/SAP broadcasting. Stereo or SAP can be received in a Analogchannel.1. Use SAP button to select your desired MTS mode in a analogsignal.Each time you press SAP button, Mono, Stereo or SAP appear.If other languages are available on the digital signal, selectthem with the SAP button.2. Press EXIT button to save and return to TV viewing.Audio menuBalanceAdjust to emphasize left or right speaker balance.BassAdjust to increase or decrease lower-pitched sounds.TrebleAdjust to increase or decrease higher-pitched sounds.SRS TS XTTo turn the simulated surround sound on and off.ModeTo adjust the audio mode: Off, Concert, Living Room, Hall,Bathroom, Cave, Arena and Church.EqualizerTo adjust the equalizer: Off, Rock, Pop, Live, Dance,Techno, Classic and Soft.SPDIF TypeTo Adjust the SPDIF output: Off, Dolby Digital and PCM.AVL(Automatic Volume Control)This will reduces the differences in volume level amongbroadcasters.Audio Only Press / ENTER button to confirm, the followingdisplay will appear on the screen.Press to select OK , then press OK to confirm.
