To clean the screen, first turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Wet a soft cloth in a mixture of lukewarm water and a little fabric softener or dish washing detergent. Wring the cloth until it’s almost dry, and then use it to wipe the screen. Make sure to remove any excess water from the screen afterwards.
First, verify if the television is properly plugged in and supplied with power. Check if electricity is available. If the issue persists, try restarting the television by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in.
