To connect a source device that supports HDMI, use an HDMI cable (not supplied with the product) to connect the source device to the HDMI port of the TV. No separate audio connection is necessary.

If your source device does not support Auto HDMI or Auto DVI, you need to manually set the output resolution of the source device to 1280x720p to get the best picture quality. This can be done through the settings menu of your source device.

To change the input source, press the INPUT button on the side panel. Press it repeatedly to cycle through the available sources until you reach the one you want to watch.

To ensure your remote control works properly, make sure the batteries are properly loaded. When using the remote, aim it directly at the remote sensor on the TV.

The MUTE pin is used to mute the audio output. It can be controlled through the GPIO_[4..11] pins, which are general-purpose input/output pins that can be configured to control various functions of the device.

The 'Range Scan' function allows the device to search for channels by differentiating between analog and digital channels.

The Burning Mode is used for factory run-in testing. When turned 'ON', the screen will display red, green, blue, and black screens repeatedly, allowing for examination of each color screen.

If your Haier HL32R1 TV is experiencing horizontal/vertical picture shaking or bars, first check for local interference such as an electrical appliance or power tool.
