Frequently asked questions

To connect a digital audio output device, use the Digital Audio Output port on the TV. Note that these ports will not work in standby mode.

Ensure that the TV is not in standby mode, as the HDMI port will not function in this mode. Also, verify that the HDMI device is properly connected to the HDMI In port on the TV.

To connect the TV to an outdoor antenna in a single-family dwelling, connect the RF coaxial wire to the wall jack for the outdoor antenna. Be careful not to bend the bronze wire when connecting the antenna. If needed, you can purchase a signal amplifier to improve the picture quality in a poor signal area.

If you need to connect the TV to two different antennas or split the signal for two TVs, install a '2-Way Signal Splitter' in the connections. This will allow you to distribute the signal to multiple TVs. For proper installation, it is recommended to contact a professional in your area.

To select and use an external A/V source, follow these steps: 1. Press the INPUT button on the remote control to select the input source. 2. Press the A/V button to select the desired source. 3. Press the ENTER button to confirm. 4. Operate the corresponding external equipment. Ensure that the audio and video cables are connected correctly, matching the jack colors (Video = yellow, Audio Left = white, and Audio Right = red).

If the TV screen displays 'No Signal', it means there is no input signal being received. Ensure that the power cord is correctly connected and that the correct input source is selected using the INPUT button on the remote control. If the issue persists, check the connections of any external devices (e.g., VCR, DVD, Cable) that are connected to your TV.

You can change the channel by using the CH+/- buttons on the remote control. Press the CH+ button to select a channel number in the increasing direction or the CH- button to select a channel number in the decreasing direction. If 'skip' is ON for a channel, pressing the CH+/- buttons will not display that channel. Alternatively, you can enter the channel number directly, for example, 2-0.

To adjust the volume, press the VOL+/VOL- buttons on the remote control or on the front of the TV set. The volume level can be adjusted within the range of 0-100. When the volume buttons are pressed, the volume level will be displayed automatically on the TV screen.

To adjust the color temperature, go to the Video menu, select Color Temperature, and choose between Cool (blue tint), Standard (neutral tint), or Warm (red tint) to suit your personal preferences.

To enable or disable Closed Captions, press the CC (Closed Caption) button on your remote. This will toggle the Closed Caption display on or off.
