30WARRANTYThis Haier brand product, when shippedin its original container, will be free fromdefective workmanship and materials,and agrees that it will, at its option, eitherrepair the defect or replace the defectiveproduct with a new or re-manufacturedequivalent, for parts or labor for theperiods set forth below:This warranty does not apply to theappearance of the product or the exteriorof the product, which has been damagedor defaced, altered or modified in designor construction. It does not apply to theadditional excluded items set forth below:The warranty commences on the datethe item was purchased and the originalpurchase receipt must be presented to theauthorized service center before warrantyrepairs are rendered.The limited warranty described herein isin addition to whatever implied warrantiesmay be granted to purchasers by law. ALLIMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THEWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS FOR USE ARE LIMITEDTO THE PERIOD(s) FROM THE DATEOF PURCHASE SET FORTH BELOW.Some states do not allow limitations onhow long an implied warranty lasts, so theabove limitation may not apply to you.Neither the sales personnel of the sellernor any other person is authorized tomake any warranties other than thosedescribed herein, or to extend theduration of any warranties beyond thetime period described herein on behalf ofHaier.The warranties described herein shall bethe sole and exclusive warranties grantedby Haier and shall be the sole and exclusiveremedy available to the purchaser.Correction of defects in the manner andfor the period of time described herein,shall constitute complete fulfillment of allabilities and Responsibility of Haier to thepurchaser with respect to the product, andshall constitute full satisfaction of all claims,whether based on contract, negligence,strict duality or otherwise. In no eventshall Haier be liable, or in any wayresponsible for any damages or defectsin the product which were caused byrepairs or attempted repairs performed byanyone other than an authorized servicecenter or dealer; nor shall Haier be liable,or in any way responsible for incidentalor consequential economic or propertydamage.
