To set the sleep timer, press the VOL+/- button to select the number of minutes you want the TV to stay on before turning off. You can choose from options like 5Min, 10Min, 15Min, 30Min, 45Min, 60Min, 90Min, 120Min, 180Min, or 240Min. To turn off the sleep timer, select Off.
