If the TV does not turn on, check if the power cord is properly connected to the TV and the power outlet. Also, ensure that the power outlet is functioning by testing it with another device. If the issue persists, consult the troubleshooting section of the manual or contact customer support.

No, do not use this polarized plug with an extension cord, receptacle, or other outlet unless the blades can be fully inserted to prevent blade exposure. This is to prevent electric shock.

To access the on-screen menu, press the 'MENU' button on the front panel of the TV or use the corresponding button on the remote control.

To change the input source, press the 'INPUT' button on the front panel of the TV or use the corresponding button on the remote control. Press it repeatedly to cycle through the available input sources until you reach the one you want to watch.

To connect your computer to the TV for video and audio, use the PC Video In jack for the video cable and the PC/DVI Audio In jack for the audio L/R cables.

To connect your PC to the Haier HE32A4VHA TV, use a VGA cable for video and an audio cable from your PC's audio out or headphone jack to the TV's PC/DVI audio in jack. If using a sound card, adjust the VGA sound as required. For HDMI connection, use an HDMI cable to connect the source device to the HDMI port of the TV. No separate audio connection is necessary for HDMI.

If you see noise or poor image quality in VGA mode, try changing the VGA mode to another resolution, change the refresh rate to another rate, or adjust the brightness and contrast on the menu until the picture is clear. If the refresh rate of the VGA graphic card cannot be changed, consider changing the VGA graphic card or consulting the manufacturer of the VGA graphic card.

To quickly switch between the current channel and the last channel you watched, press the RECALL button on the remote control. This will alternate between the two channels.
