First, verify if the television is properly plugged in and supplied with power. Ensure that electricity is available. If the issue persists, check the signal input and restart the television.
Press the SOURCE button to change the signal input to TV input. If the problem continues, restart the television by disconnecting it from the power supply for 10 seconds, then reconnecting it. If the issue still persists, verify if correct signals are input.
First, verify if the speakers are broken. If the speakers are not broken, check if the main board has the right input according to the source you are connecting (TV/COMPONENT/AV/VGA/HDMI etc.). Then, check the corresponding audio input circuit you are connecting to. If the issue persists, verify if UA1 has the right output and power. If UA1 is functioning correctly, check if CNA5 input is right. If all else fails, you may need to change the mainboard.

If some channels are showing in black and white, first verify if the same problem exists in other channels. If the issue persists, check the picture and sound system of the affected channel. If the sound system is not set correctly, change the channel to the right sound system (PAL-BG SECAM/L) and refer to the relative instructions in the manual for color adjustment. If the problem still persists, update the software and reboot the TV, or consider changing the mainboard.
If updating the software and rebooting the TV does not solve the black and white channel issue, you may need to change the mainboard. Refer to the relative instructions in the manual for further guidance on how to proceed with this step.
