Frequently asked questions

To connect your Haier 55E3500c to an external antenna or cable TV, use a coaxial cable (not included). Connect one end of the cable to the ANT IN jack on the back of your TV/DVD combo and the other end to the antenna or cable TV wall outlet.

You can connect MHL-enabled devices such as compatible mobile phones and tablets to the HDMI2 port on your TV. However, you will need a USB to HDMI cable for this connection. Please refer to the documentation of your device for specific instructions.

You can connect various video equipment such as a VCR, cable box, or other video devices to these jacks. The component input supports YPbPr connections for higher-quality video formats including 480i, 576i, 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p.

To use an AC power source, insert the provided AC polarized line cord into a standard polarized AC outlet. Ensure you only use the attached power cord for operation.

If your unit is not functioning correctly, try unplugging it from the AC outlet and plugging it back in. This should return the unit to normal operation.

To turn on and off the TV, press the power button (1) on your remote control.

The Connection Wire (Power For Mainboard), labeled as number 2, is responsible for providing power to the mainboard.

To scan for TV channels, press the OK button to confirm and display the Channel Scan screen. Select either Air or Cable depending on your TV signal source.

If your TV still has problems after checking the main board and replacing components as needed, consider changing the panel. This is a more advanced step and may require professional assistance.

First, check if the power cord is correctly connected to the socket. If it is, verify if there is voltage. If there is still no response, you may need to replace the Power board.
