The multi-picture mode on the Haier 25FV6 television allows you to view multiple sources or channels simultaneously. To select this mode, use the remote control to navigate through the available multi-picture modes as described in the operating instructions.
To connect your AV devices, refer to the 'AV connection' section on page 5 of the manual. This section provides detailed instructions on how to properly connect your audio and video devices to the TV.

To clean the TV set safely, first pull out the power plug from the AC outlet. Use a dry soft cotton cloth to clean the cabinet and the screen. Avoid using benzene, petrol, or other chemicals, as well as any cleaner or abrasive cloth.
If the TV set is not going to be used for a long time or during a severe thunder and lightning storm, it is recommended that you disconnect the TV set from the AC power outlet and remove the aerial plug.
To connect an antenna to the Haier 25FV6 TV set, you can use either a coaxial cable (75Ω) or a twin-lead cable (300Ω). For a coaxial cable, insert the antenna plug into the 75Ω socket. For a twin-lead cable, shape the cable as shown in figure D, connect the leads to an antenna adapter, and then insert the adapter into the 75Ω socket.
If the auto-search effect of the program is not good, you can perform a fine tuning. Press the [-CH+] buttons to select the MFT item, then press and hold the [-VOL +] buttons until the picture and audio effects are good.
The VOL STORE function allows the TV to maintain the same volume level when changing channels. To enable it, go to the FUNCTION1 menu, select the VOL STORE item, and set it to ON. Note that this function works for channels between 1 and 50.
To set the clock, press the [MENU] button and select the TIMER menu. Use the [-CH+] buttons to select the CLOCK item and the [-VOL+] buttons to set the current time. For on-timer and off-timer, select the ON-TIMER or OFF-TIMER item and use the [-VOL+] buttons to set the desired time. To set an appointment, select the appointing time item, use the [-CH+] buttons to select the channel, and the [-VOL+] buttons to set the time.
To lock or unlock these items, press the [LOCK] button on your TV. Then, press the '0' button four times to enter the LOCK OR UNLOCK menu. Use the [- CH+] buttons to select the item you want to lock or unlock, and press the [VOL+] button to toggle it on or off.
