To turn on the TV, press the power button on the remote control or the power button on the front panel of the TV. To turn it off, press the power button again.

You can adjust the picture and sound settings by using the remote control. Navigate to the 'Adjusting the picture and the sound' section in the menu to change various picture modes and sound modes according to your preference.

The battery life of the remote control should be about one year under normal use.

To switch between TV and AV modes, use the TV/AV switch located on the front panel of the device.

You can adjust the volume using the Volume down/up buttons located on the front panel of the device.

To switch between TV and other available video inputs, use the TV/AV button on the remote control.

To perform an automatic search for available programs, press the MENU button on the remote control until TUNING appears on the screen. Then, press the CH+/- button to move the indicator to AUTO MEMORY. Press VOL+ to start the automatic search. The TV will search for all available programs and store them in order. To stop the search, press the VOL- button.

If the color or sound is abnormal on a certain channel, it may be due to improper settings. You should adjust the color or sound system to the proper settings. For detailed instructions, refer to page 8 of the manual.

To use the timer on function, press the MENU button until TIMER appears on the screen. Press the CH+/- button to move the indicator to the ON TIMER, then press the VOL+/OFF button to set it to ONCE, EVERY, or OFF. Press the CH- button to move the indicator to the below, then press the VOL+/- button to set the time. Press the CH+/- button to move the indicator to POS 0, and press the VOL+/ button to set the channel with which the TV is turned on. Finally, press the CH+/- button to move the indicator to CLOCK, and press the VOL+/- button to set the time.

To set a timer to change channels at a specific time, press the MENU button until TIMER appears on the screen. Then, press the CH+/- button to move the indicator to APPOINTMENT and press the VOL+ button to enter the sub-menu. Use the VOL+/- button to set the channel number you want. Press the CH- button to enter the TIME item and use the VOL+/- button to set the time. Repeat these steps to set multiple channels. Press the DISP button to exit the TIMER menu.
