– 11 –• On double oven models, you can use timedbaking or roasting in one oven while usingself-clean in the other; you can also use timedbaking or roasting in both ovens at the sametime. You will hear a fan while cooking withthese features.Control Lockout (Single and Double WallOvens)• Press the 7 & 8 pads at the same time for 3seconds. The screen will display CONTROLIS LOCKED.• To unlock the control, press the 7 & 8 pads for3 seconds. The display will return to the homescreen.Control Lockout (Slide-In Range)• Press the CONTROL LOCK pad for 3seconds. The screen will display CONTROLIS LOCKED.• To unlock the control, press the CONTROLLOCK pad for 3 seconds. The display willreturn to the home screen.If any cooking/cleaning modes are running,entering control lockout will cancel the cooking/cleaning modes. Then when exiting controllockout, it will go to the home screen.Sabbath Feature• This feature disables all but the bake andtimed bake modes. Additionally the displaydoes not show the temperature and the soundis disabled.• The element and oven icons will lightrandomly within one minute to indicate that theoven is operating. All time functions will remaindisplayed and active.• To access the sabbath feature, press theFEATURES pad, then the MORE pad.• To turn this feature on, press the SABBATHpad.• To turn this feature off, press the BACK padfor 3 seconds. The control returns to theFEATURES screen where SABBATH wasoriginally selected.Note: This feature remains active even after lossof power to the oven. The only way to exitSABBATH is to hold the BACK pad for 3 seconds.If power is lost while the Sabbath mode is in aheating cycle, the heat will be off when the poweris restored.Sales Mode• Becomes active upon powering up with 120Vonly (L1-L2 = 120V, L2 connected to N).• This mode is NOT accessible on 240V/208Vpower input. Sales mode requires a special120 VAC cord (oven L1 connected to powercord L, oven L2 and N connected to powercord N).• Wall Oven cord kit is Pub # 3-A063Slide-In cord kit is Pub #3-A073.Time Settings• To access the time settings, press theSETTINGS pad on the home screen, thenpress the appropriate time function pad.Oven CalibrationOven calibration offset can be adjusted for thebake mode only. No other cooking modes areaffected by changing the bake mode temperature.1. Press the SETTINGS pad.2. Press the MORE pad until ± TEMP appears inthe display.3. Press the ± TEMP pad. (Select upper or loweroven for double oven models.)4. Press the INCREASE or DECREASE pads tochange the cooking temperature in 1°increments up to ±35°F.Note: Oven calibration offset can also beaccessed through the service mode underOFFSET.
