Warranty service is subject to the terms and conditions of the Acer NetxusNetworking Warranty Policy1. WARRANTY:Acer Netxus Networking 170X, 180X and 190X Multifunction Routers (the"Product") carry a two (2) year limited warranty, except for the power supply units,which carry a one (1) year limited warranty (collectively the Warranty).The Warranty covers:(1) Defects in materials and workmanship of the Product under normal use andservice (Product Defects).(2) Any failure of the Product to perform substantially in accordance with productspecifications published by Acer Netxus Networking (Product Performance).This Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties that might otherwise arise withrespect to the Product. No individual or organization of whatever form, connected toAcer Netxus Networking or not, has authority to change or add to this Warranty.This Warranty does not apply to any failure of the Product which results fromaccident, abuse, misapplication, alteration, or failure due to attached equipment, andAcer Netxus Networking assumes no liability as a consequence of such events underthe terms of this Warranty. While Acer Netxus Networking has made every effort toprovide clear and accurate technical information about the application of the Product,Acer Netxus Networking assumes no liability for any event arising out of the use ofthis technical information.INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BYMALFUNCTION, DESIGN DEFECT, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TOBREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIEDWARRANTY, ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ACER NETXUSNETWORKING AND ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED BOTH FOR PROPERTY ANDFOR PERSONAL INJURY DAMAGE.2. PERIOD OF WARRANTY COVERAGE:The period of coverage is two (2) years from the date the equipment is purchased.There shall be no warranty after expiration of the period of coverage. ANY ANDALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FORPARTICULAR USE SHALL HAVE NO GREATER DURATION THAN THEPERIOD OF COVERAGE STATED HEREIN AND SHALL TERMINATEAUTOMATICALLY UPON THE EXPIRATION OF SUCH PERIOD.3.
